Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager to lead the bakery-café's leadership team, run great shifts, support team development, and uphold high standards for our guests.

You will be responsible for coaching and motivating staff to exceed goals in service, speed, and accuracy, while maintaining a warm, inviting culture. The role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and offers robust benefits.

This Opportunity Is for You If:

• Minimum age: 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

While performing this job, the Team Manager role is regularly required to: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds. Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours. Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates' directions in a loud environment.
