Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager to join our bakery-cafe leadership team. You will help run great shifts, support team development, and uphold our high standards for guest experience, quality, and service.

You will lead with coaching and motivation to exceed goals in sales, speed, and accuracy while fostering warmth, belonging and trust across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Background check required prior to offer.
• Lifting up to 25 pounds; able to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
• Clear communication in a loud environment.
