Panera Bread in Creve Coeur, MO is seeking a Team Manager to join our bakery-cafe leadership team. You will help run great shifts, support team development, and uphold our high standards of guest experience.

In this role you will lead, coach, and develop team members to exceed goals in sales, speed, and service, while building warmth, trust, and a welcoming culture. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
