Panera Bread in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Team Manager to lead shifts, support team development, and uphold high guest experience standards in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment.

You will supervise staff, coach for performance, participate in hiring, and ensure food safety practices are followed. This role emphasizes warmth, belonging, growth, and trust within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
