Job summary

Panera Bread is hiring a Team Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant team in Colonial Heights, VA. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure high standards of guest service and food quality.

The role requires 18+ years of age, restaurant management experience, and ServSafe certification. Flexible hours including nights/weekends are expected, with a background check as part of the offer process.

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Background check required.
