Regal Marine Industries, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Upholstery Team Leader to oversee upholstery manufacturing processes and maximize efficiency through effective leadership of 35–40 team members.
You will train, coach, and motivate the team, communicate daily schedules, monitor attendance, and collaborate with other departments to meet production milestones while upholding safety and quality standards.

Summary Regal Boats is seeking a bilingual and motivated self-starter to join our team as an Upholstery Team Leader. UPH Team Leaders are responsible for overseeing upholstery-related manufacturing processes and the efficient utilization of manpower to obtain maximum efficiency.

Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature, reaching over 100 degrees Fahrenheit at times.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend at the waist and knees and to stand for extended periods. The employee is frequently required to climb into and out of the boats using stairs. The employee must frequently be able to lift 50 pounds, work 10-hour days with most of the time being on their feet, and work overtime, whether planned or unplanned.
