Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Team Leader to support store leadership, drive Legendary Service, and coach Team Members. You will own Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support as needed to meet store goals.

You will help deliver exceptional customer experiences, lead shifts, and maintain a safe, productive environment while following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coaching to team members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap, and Clothing recovery execution.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution including picking, staging, and handoff.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts and ensure safety and service expectations.
• Operate cash register/computer and other store equipment as needed.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
