As a Team Leader at Goodwill, you will have the opportunity to learn how to run a retail store! This role is a great way to kick start your career in management by being part of a management team. You will learn each role and how to mentor and teach new employees to succeed. External Hiring Range: $14.95 up to $16.00/hour
