Job summary

Sam's Club in Kannapolis, NC is seeking an Prepared Foods and Café Department Lead to supervise hourly associates and drive department sales. You will model expertise in Prepared Foods and Café, work with other team leaders to meet member expectations.

You will manage rotations across fresh areas, ensure quality, safety and compliance, and use digital tools to improve operations and training. Shifts may vary and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Shifts may vary.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Leader supervising the prepared foods departments and managing hourly associates.
• Be an Expert ensuring quality, inventory, sanitation, safety, and compliance.
• Be a Techie leveraging digital tools to plan, drive sales, and train staff.
• Be an Owner maintaining profitability and audit/compliance standards.
