Job summary

Sam's Club in Springdale, OH is seeking a Prepared Foods and Café Department Lead to drive sales and supervise a team of hourly associates who prepare and serve meals to members. You will model expertise in Prepared Foods and Café and collaborate with other team leaders to meet member expectations.

You will guide operations across rotisserie and caf areas, ensure quality, safety and compliance, and use handheld technology to plan, train, and improve the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead prepared foods departments, managing rotations and staffing to meet business goals.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Utilize handheld technology to plan for sales and decision-making across production areas.
