Advanced Coatings, Inc. is seeking a Weekend Shift Supervisor to engage, motivate and set a strong example for our employees while managing the Powder Line at our Oshkosh, WI facility.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, act proactively to ensure smooth team operations, and oversee day-to-day activities to drive performance. • Lead and motivate the Powder Line weekend team.
• Communicate effectively with team members and shift leaders.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and scheduling to meet customer needs.
• Identify training needs and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Resolve issues and conflicts and recognize high performance.

Job description

Advanced Coatings is seeking a qualified team leader to engage, motivate and set a strong example for our employees while managing the Powder Line at our Oshkosh Facility.

As a Weekend Shift Supervisor you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. You will be responsible for overseeing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
