Job summary

Léal in Dallas, TX is seeking a Team Lead - Physical Flows to supervise daily order processing across receiving, picking, palletization, and shipping at our Dallas fulfilment center. You will coordinate inventory and equipment to keep flows moving safely and reliably, reporting to the Operations Supervisor.

This morning shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) emphasizes safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement, with onboarding and leadership expectations for both permanent and temporary staff.

Qualifications

• Practical experience coordinating receiving, picking, or shipping workflows within a distribution or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, picking, palletization, and shipping to ensure accurate order selection.
• Manage real-time transactions, stock rotation, and reconciliation using WMS.
• Lead onboarding and cross-training for new team members on standards and safety procedures.
• Drive safety and quality compliance on the floor, upholding Industry 4.0 standards and PPE guidelines.
• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, assist with cycle counts, and maintain an organized, secure work area.

A Day in the Life

You lead and support daily order processing operations across receiving, shipping, and picking within our Dallas fulfilment center, reporting to the Operations Supervisor. Working our morning shift (Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), you coordinate inventory and equipment to keep physical flows moving safely and reliably.

• Supervise physical flows across receiving, picking, palletization, and shipping, ensuring accurate order selection and dispatch.
• Manage real-time transactions, stock rotation, and order reconciliation using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Lead onboarding and cross-training for new permanent and temporary team members on operational standards and safety procedures.
• Drive safety and quality compliance on the floor, upholding our Industry 4.0 fulfilment center standards and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, assist with physical cycle counts, and maintain an organised, secure work area.

We Are Looking For

You bring an organised, problem-solving mindset and a clear commitment to operational safety. You bring:

• Warehouse Operations: Practical experience coordinating receiving, picking, or shipping workflows within a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Systems & Inventory: Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning devices to track and reconcile stock.
• Operational Leadership: Ability to guide peers, onboard new operators, and communicate clearly across warehouse teams.
• Safety & Physical Capability: Commitment to safety standards, including PPE compliance and the physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
• Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis without immigration support or sponsorship.
