Job summary

Spectrum Industries, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to join the Panel Processing team in a CNC-focused manufacturing environment. The role leads CNC operators on a four 10-hour-day schedule with a paid lunch break, ensuring safety and productivity.

You will supervise production tasks, monitor performance, provide training, and maintain a positive team culture. Starting pay is up to $32.04 per hour, with potential higher placement based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of related work experience (preferred).
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs and assists with the production duties of the department
• Understands and follows the work center schedule
• Provides evaluative feedback on individual performance
• Reports issues that cause the team’s performance to be compromised
• Provides training to both new and progressing team members
• Creates and maintains a positive and cooperative work environment; assures that team member’s ideas are both solicited and listened to
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am – 4:00pm (paid lunch break)
Pay: Up to $32.04 per hour

Work four 10-hour days in a CNC-focused manufacturing environment. Spectrum Industries, Inc. is looking for a Team Leader to join our Panel Processing team. This position provides leadership and support to employees operating CNC and other production equipment to manufacture wood and laminated panel products.

If you have CNC machine and leadership experience, we want to recognize the skills you already bring to the table! Your experience may qualify you for placement above the starting hourly rate. We evaluate your experience and skills to determine where you fit within our pay range.
