Job Summary

Coordinate work activities daily (shift to shift) to meet customer delivery schedules under the supervision of the Department Supervisor.

Essential Responsibilities
  1. Production Skills (20%): Coordinate workflow, meet production goals, utilize cost-effective methods, monitor standards, and ensure equipment maintenance.
  2. Leadership (30%): Demonstrate company values, foster teamwork, pursue self-development, and work on departmental projects.
  3. Communication (15%): Maintain verbal and written communication, conduct shift turnover, and lead team meetings.
  4. Operator Skills (5%): Possess working knowledge of all non-certified operations in the department.
  5. Scheduling (15%): Manage shift assignments, coordinate with support departments, and adapt to operational changes.
  6. Work Systems (5%): Adhere to work instructions, labor reporting, visual controls, and audits.
  7. Training (5%): Identify training needs, document, and conduct operator training.
  8. Safety (5%): Monitor safety issues, maintain a clean workplace, comply with safety regulations, and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to provide documentation to establish identity and employment eligibility in the U.S.
  • Access to export-controlled items, with lawful access required.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior manufacturing leadership experience is preferred.
