Starkey is hiring a Team Leader Manufacturing at its global headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. This position is responsible for managing the Production Teams. Develop technician’s skills to fill the right “seat” on the team. Support team growth and improvement through communication, leadership, and training. This position will also support domestic sub-facilities, international sub-facilities, and service centers by building product aligning with our corporate initiatives. The target rate for this position is between $XXXXX to $XXXX/year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
