Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor areas. You will lead shifts, manage Power Panels, Clipstrips, and Endcaps, and support BOPIS/OMNI operations to ensure top-notch store presentation and customer engagement.

The role emphasizes coaching, accountability for execution, and maintaining safe, productive operations, with a focus on delivering outstanding service and mentoring frontline staff.

Qualifications

• Retail experience strongly preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading, writing, and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members in selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution including picking, staging, and handoff.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts and delegate tasks responsibly.
