Job Title: Team Leader - Keyholder

YOUR ROLE

As a Team Leader - Keyholder, you support store leadership to achieve sales goals, working alongside store associates and providing daily direction, communication, and training. You motivate the team to provide an exceptional shopping experience, build brand loyalty with every customer interaction, and serve as a brand ambassador by modeling and upholding Vera Bradley’s core values. You are committed to making the world a brighter place through every touchpoint!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sales: Work with your team to exceed sales goals, increase store traffic, convert customers, and promote campaigns to enhance brand awareness and foster lasting customer relationships.
  • People leadership: Motivate and inspire your team by embodying Vera Bradley’s core values.
  • Product enthusiasm: Suggest products tailored to individual customer needs and drive results through add-on selling and outreach.
  • Merchandising and operations: Support daily operational procedures, maintain visual standards, and ensure the store remains organized and inviting.
  • Integrity: Be reliable, uphold company values, and adhere to policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • At least 18 years old
  • Retail and/or management experience

Environmental and Physical Demands

  • Constant walking and standing; frequent bending, stooping, reaching
  • Good sensory skills: eyesight, hearing, dexterity
  • Ability to lift 10-35 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 55 lbs with pushing or pulling

Compensation & Benefits

Pay rate: $18/hour
