You will supervise team performance, implement sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of telesales experience in a leadership role and be proficient in CRM tools. Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a telesales executive, with at least 4-5 years in a team leader or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of telesales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and manage under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance daily and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training.
  • Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-up by team members.
  • Track sales KPIs such as number of calls, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share updates, and resolve challenges.
  • Assist team members with difficult calls or negotiations.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to sales processes and scripts.
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements to the sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast targets and develop goals.
  • Maintain a positive and competitive team environment.
