Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking a Team Leader at our Pittsburgh location. You will lead the site’s operations, coach staff, and ensure top-notch customer service and quality control throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or in progress.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Ability to lead and train a team, and to maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the site’s facility and operations as Team Leader.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth.
• Lead the team to maintain high-quality service and standards.
• Greet customers, educate on Unlimited Wash Club benefits, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Perform Quality Control checks and address escalations calmly.
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand wash processes.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and mentor juniors.
