Job summary

The J.M. Smucker Company in Memphis, TN seeks a Team Leader - N2 to lead a shift, drive safety, quality and productivity, and develop the team's skills through focused coaching and scorecard-based performance review.

You will plan the shift, allocate resources, run EOS and DDS meetings, manage attendance in Workday, and partner with QA, Logistics and HR to meet daily commitments and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage attendance and workforce planning.
• In-depth understanding of team scorecards and performance metrics.
• Ability to lead shift planning and resource deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet Safety, Quality & Productivity goals.
• Develop and implement a shift plan prior to team meetings.
• Deploy resources to meet business needs and ensure coverage.
• Lead EOS and DDS meetings and track team performance.
• Maintain skill matrices and training plans for team members.
• Manage Time & Attendance in Workday and ensure accurate records.
• Collaborate with Make Pack and Ship, QA, Logistics, and HR to meet shift demands.
