Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 2 years of manufacturing operational experience are required.
• 2 years of supervisor experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Champions department daily plan and DDS meetings.
• Accountable for daily operations and team performance (Safety, Quality, Reliability, Cost, Org. Capability).
• Role model for Basic Beliefs, commitment to each other, and EI to build resonance.
• Collaborate with operating teams to address safety concerns and resolve issues.
• Drive department issues to root cause and foster zero-loss/continuous improvement culture.
• Conduct performance management, staffing strategy, and flow-to-work culture development.
• Partner with Manager to develop and deliver Department Master Plan.
• Communicate expectations clearly to all team members.
• Develop coaching of Team Leaders and Technicians to enhance peak performance using SQMS and HPO tools.
• Assist in executing key technical and organizational projects to increase SQMS capability.
