Our Funds Data Product Team is foundational to Bloomberg’s Enterprise Content business. We deliver best‑in‑class data offering that powers analytics, automation, and decision‑making across global markets. Our datasets — spanning cash equities and listed equity derivatives — underpin a wide range of investment, risk, regulatory, and ESG workflows.

The Role — Lead the Future of Funds Data Innovation

We are seeking a visionary Team Leader to drive the evolution of Bloomberg’s Funds Data business globally. This is a leadership position at the intersection of finance, data science, and AI innovation.

You will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic roadmap for our Data products — shaping the next generation of data solutions.

You’ll lead a high‑performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.

In this role, you will champion AI-driven transformation, Agentic AI approaches and be a partner to Clients in their AI and Cloud technology transformation.

We’ll Trust You To:

• Lead innovation — inspire, mentor, and develop a team that leverages AI, analytics, and automation to re‑imagine data products and workflows
• Drive growth in the Data business by defining a forward‑looking product strategy, prioritizing high‑impact initiatives, and executing with agility

You’ll Need To Have:

• 10+ years of experience in product management within financial data, analytics, or technology, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity
• Deep understanding of global Funds markets with a deep understanding of Funds data landscape
• Strong grasp of data science, MCP AI, and agentic automation concepts and how they transform financial data workflows
• Proven track record of defining and executing innovative product strategies that deliver measurable business results
• Excellent communication skills — able to articulate complex, technical concepts with clarity and influence across senior stakeholders
• Ability to travel globally as needed to engage with teams, clients and industry partners
