This role involves supervising hourly team members, ensuring quality, safety, and customer service standards, and performing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising restaurant staff on assigned shifts
• Ensuring adherence to safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
• Training team members using company tools
• Maintaining equipment and facilities
• Handling administrative tasks such as audits, deposits, and incident reports
• Participating in meetings and certifications
• Recommending disciplinary actions when necessary

Physical requirements:

Regularly sitting, talking, hearing, using hands, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Minimum requirements:

• At least 6 months restaurant experience
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to read instructions and operate a cash register
• High school diploma or GED
