RESRG Automotive in Portageville, MO is seeking a Team Leader in Maintenance to supervise technicians, guide troubleshooting, and drive timely repairs of plant equipment.

You will own PM planning, coordinate work orders, manage parts, and serve as the technical expert with suppliers. The role requires a maintenance mechanic background, electrical and mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Maintenance mechanic experience required.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits (DC 110–480 V).
• Forklift operation and certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM quality and ensure PMs are completed on time.
• Organize and complete work orders on time.
• Arrange parts for PMs and project work.
• Serve as the technical expert and point of contact with equipment suppliers.
• Provide technical solutions to reduce downtime.
• Work with limited direction or supervision.
• Follow all safety requirements including lockout/tagout.
• Collaborate with others to complete tasks.
• Perform work at multiple heights.
• Lead preventative maintenance projects and assignments.
• Comply with safety rules and company guidelines.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance.

Team Leader - Maintenance Technician

RESRG Automotive has an opening for a Team Lead - Maintenance Technicianat our Portageville, MO facility.

Job Summary: We are seeking a strong individual with the right virtue and talent to join our team. A Team Leader in Maintenance provides technical support for the team members and assist in Troubleshooting and Repair all machinery in the plant.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for PM Quality and Completing PM’s on time
• Responsible for organizing and completing Work Orders on time
• Responsible for organizing parts for PM’ and Project Work
• Responsible to be the technical expert for the department and point of contact with equipment suppliers
• Provide technical solutions to problems in order to decrease downtime
• Work with limited direction or supervision
• Adheres to all safety requirements including lockout / tagout procedures
• Performs work as a team member to assist in the completion of assigned tasks
• Performs work on multiple heights / levels
• Regularly perform preventative maintenance projects and assignments
• Comply with all safety rules, company rules and guidelines
• Demonstrate excellent attendance
• Must be willing to work overtime and willing to work on any shift as required

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of mechanics (Basic Electricity, Basic Mechanics, Basic Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Basic Welding and Basic Plumbing)
• Ability to troubleshoot Electrical circuits (DC volts, 110 volt to 480 volt)
• Basic knowledge of Hand Tools / Power Tools
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklift, chain hoist, bridge crane (Forklift Certified)
• Ability to perform Maintenance tasks with flexibility in position
• Must have Maintenance Mechanic experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or walk on concrete floor for 8+ hours and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Requires hand, arm back, and leg strength; also, bending and squatting ability
• Must have eye, foot, and hand coordination, and be able to do repetitive grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine motor manipulation
• Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and perform work indoors/outdoors as needed
