Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities within the area assigned to achieve established objectives. Coordinate work assignments and facilitate safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and training accomplishment of the assigned team.

Main Functions and Responsibilities

Team Lead I

• Direct employees and materials
• Think critically, problem solve issues on the line, escalate as needed
• Train on safety, company policy, scheduling, OT, standard work, and NCMS
• Train on communication, MDI Board, LGS, and leadership skills
• Manage inventory, delegate, and plan effectively
• Provide tactful communication to peers and leaders
• Maintain accuracy, be a self-starter, and stay organized

Basic Requirements

1. Minimum 1-year experience
2. Knowledge of Data Stream, NCMS, BBS
3. Crane Certification

Team Lead II

• Direct employees and materials
• Think critically, problem solve, escalate issues
• Work on 9 steps, NCMS, BBS, MDI Board, 5S, TPM, and GEMBA/LGS
• Rewrite standard work, conduct audits, and promote continuous improvement and safety culture
• Train with WGM for coverage when absent
• Manage schedule, overtime, and personnel training
• Inventory management, delegation, and planning
• Effective communication with peers and leaders
• Ensure safety in the zone and promote safety culture
• Accuracy, self-motivation, and organization

Basic Requirements

1. Minimum 2-year experience
2. Knowledge of Data Stream, NCMS, BBS, schedules, MDI board
3. Proficiency in Excel and Word
4. PIV Certifications

Team Lead III (Group Leader)

• Think critically, problem solve, escalate issues, train others, document issues using 5 Whys for root cause analysis
• Direct employees and materials
• Inventory management, delegation, and planning
• Accuracy, self-starter, organized
• Work on 9 steps, NCMS, BBS, MDI Board, 5S, TPM, GEMBA/LGS
• Rewrite standard work, conduct audits, and promote continuous improvement
• Cover for WGM when needed
• Effective communication with peers and leaders
• Conduct safety audits and promote safety culture
• Collaborate with WGM to meet plant KPIs

Basic Requirements

1. Minimum 2-year experience plus TLDP Graduate
2. Knowledge of Data Stream, NCMS, BBS, schedules, MDI board
3. Proficiency in Excel and Word
4. PIV Certifications

Compensation

Base Pay Range (for Colorado Residents): $26.34 to $33.76 (minimum to maximum of pay ranges). We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
