What You’ll Do

You will motivate and coach your Sales Associates to deliver an exceptional store environment and customer experience, while maximizing sales. Your role includes providing real-time coaching, ongoing feedback, and supporting your team’s wellbeing, recognition, and communication.

Daily responsibilities include:

1. Managing a section of the department, creating inspiring displays, and assigning daily tasks.
2. Supporting store operations alongside other managers.
3. Participating in recruitment, onboarding, and development of staff.
4. Managing cash lanes and fitting room areas as needed.
5. Handling customer feedback and complaints.
6. Ensuring stock accuracy and availability aligned with customer demand.
7. Managing pricing in line with Primark’s principles, including markdowns and POS displays.

• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Experience with security and loss prevention measures, including keyholder responsibilities.
• Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written, for team instruction and customer interaction.
