What We're Looking For

As a Distribution Team Lead at GNC, you will support the day-to-day warehouse operations of a specific area within the warehouse to ensure all incoming orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and according to department goals. You will help foster a culture of excellence, inclusion, and diversity, supporting our 'Live Well' philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Supervisor in managing work assignments, staffing, and operational flow.
• Monitor productivity, assess performance, and provide feedback to team members.
• Run reports, ensure proper handling of materials, and organize products for efficiency.
• Report on work activities and resolve system or operational issues.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, inspect equipment, and address damages or shortages promptly.

Environmental Factors & Working Schedule

• Require standing, walking, sitting, and movements like reaching or kneeling.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Visual requirements include close, distance, and color vision, with peripheral and depth perception.
• Occasional exposure to wet conditions, moving parts, fumes, extreme temperatures, and chemicals.
• Work environment typically has low to moderate noise levels.
• May involve operating Powered Industrial Trucks and working at heights up to 32 feet.
