Reporting To

Production Supervisor

Your Role and Responsibilities

1. Provide regular feedback and make recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line, including organization, shifting priorities, and critical situations.
2. Assist management in staff movements during vacations, illnesses, machine outages, or shifting priorities.
3. Focus on volume, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
4. Coordinate and oversee shift orders and work plan execution during the shift.
5. Serve as a shift leader to oversee cooperation and resolve technical, quality, and logistic issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing.
• Technical & engineering skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as tape measures, calipers, grinders, etc.
• Work authorization for the US.
