Rate of pay: $19/HR

Location: Second Shift at the Anna Engine Plant

Shift: 4:15pm - 1:30am

Team Leader Job Summary

Team Leaders are responsible for project setup, managing customer deliverables, team member expectations, and supervision. They provide ongoing training to maintain consistent work and communication with customers and employees. Team Leaders travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses to supervise our teams of quality inspectors.

Team Leader Responsibilities & Duties

• Ensure all teams operate according to standards and safety requirements.
• Develop work instructions and train inspectors on procedures.
• Manage customer relationships.
• Act as interim team leader when the project supervisor is unavailable.
• Inspect parts.
• Lead the work of team members.
• Ensure team members have proper equipment, tools, and gauges; verify equipment is signed out.
• Communicate with customer or job site contacts as needed.
• Complete required paperwork for projects.
• Complete required training classes.
• Follow all employee policies and perform other duties as assigned.
