Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Quality Team Leader to guide inspection teams, set up projects, train inspectors, and ensure parts meet quality standards.

The role involves collaboration with customers and site contacts, ensuring safety protocols, and traveling to plants and warehouses.

Qualifications

• Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise quality inspection teams.
• Set up projects and manage team expectations.
• Train inspectors on work instructions and procedures.
• Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate with customers and job site contacts.
• Ensure safety and company requirements are followed.
• Verify tools, equipment, and gauges.
• Complete project paperwork and reporting.
• Step in as acting supervisor when needed.
• Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses.
