Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Quality Team Leader to supervise inspection teams and drive quality across multiple sites. You will set up projects, train inspectors, and ensure that parts meet stringent quality standards while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and willingness to travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses. We offer PTO from day one, benefits after 60 days, advancement opportunities in 90 days, a $200 referral bonus,

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise quality inspection teams

• Verify tools, equipment, and gauges
• Complete project paperwork and reporting
