Position Summary

Entry‑level Production role at BENTELER Automotive – Permanent/Full‑time, 40 hours per week, English required. Requisition ID: 46709.

Responsibilities

• Manages the production process regarding shift‑related item counts, scrap control, and spare‑parts management for a large production area.
• Supports line feeding, assists with setup and minor machine adjustments to meet customer quality requirements and coordinates new parts.
• Supports launches in complex facility systems during the “Develop & Launch” process.
• Adjusts and continuously monitors the production flow with respect to work safety, quality, quantity, schedule, and cost/economic efficiency.
• Defines priorities in case of bottlenecks and develops alternatives.
• Leads, manages and develops the team; creates and announces shift schedules to meet expected production levels and equipment efficiency.
• Monitors and ensures compliance with work‑safety guidelines.
• Drives Quality Assurance by introducing remedial actions for error avoidance, writing reclamation reports (8D Report), and creating and implementing operating instructions.
