Central Network Retail Group, LLC (CNRG) in the United States is seeking a Team Leader responsible for all store activities in the absence of salaried management. The role emphasizes delivering aggressive customer service, leading associates, and maintaining high store standards.
You will manage merchandising, inventory, safety, and daily operations, train new staff, develop talent toward senior management, and respond quickly to local market dynamics to meet budgeted goals.
The Team Leader has the responsibility for all store activities in the absence of salaried store management. A Team Leader must exemplify the company’s culture through the execution of the Mission and Values, demonstrate aggressive customer service at all times, effectively lead all store associates, and is responsible for total store operations when salaried management is absent. They must develop expertise in company culture, merchandising, shrink control, and operational aspects of the store, continuously focus on career development toward senior management, and stay knowledgeable of local market dynamics. A Team Leader is a role model, leader, and problem‑solver who manages time to achieve budgeted store goals and instills CNRG’s Mission and Values in all associates.
Team Leaders must demonstrate leadership, problem‑solving, and effective communication skills, manage with limited supervision, and exhibit aggressive customer service. They should possess strong managerial and organizational abilities, interpret data presented in statistical or numerical form, and use it to assess and coordinate merchandise and operations. They must handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment, perform physical duties such as climbing ladders, bending, twisting, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stocking items in overhead areas, and work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Pay range: $23.00 - $30.39 per hour
