Job summary

MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Team Leader to supervise team members performing critical process cleaning. You will lead the crew in safe, efficient completion of the scope of work, using our Best Systems to identify issues and implement timely solutions.

This full-time on-site role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to prioritize safety, quality, and delivery while supporting the team’s growth and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in hot and damp environments, wearing PPE.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist Team Members performing critical process cleaning tasks.
• Identify potential issues and report to Group Leader; help develop solutions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of assigned tasks.

About You:

As a Team Leader you are part of Best People as you supervise and work alongside Team Members performing critical process cleaning tasks. You lead our team in the safe and efficient completion of our scope of work. Utilizing our Best Systems, the Team Leader identifies potential issues and reports those to your Group Leader; together you develop timely solutions to resolve potential issues. As the Team Leader, you achieve Best Results by embracing our team and getting their contributions, by valuing diversity and inclusion, by being fully invested and authentic, and by challenging the status quo and seeking new and innovative ways to make our work safer, easier, and faster.

Necessary Team Leader Skills:

Necessary Team Leader Experience:

• Minimum 1-year supervisory experience
• Experience working in hot and damp environments, wearing PPE, climbing stairs, and standing/walking for extended periods of time.
