Job summary

MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Team Leader to supervise and guide a cleaning crew performing critical process cleaning across North America. You will lead with safety, coordinate tasks, and ensure quality and on-time delivery, using our Best Systems and Best Practices.

You will report to your Group Leader, identify issues, and help develop timely solutions while fostering teamwork, inclusion, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience working in hot and damp environments, wearing PPE, climbing stairs, and standing/walking for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate via 2-way radios effectively and professionally.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work alongside Team Members on critical process cleaning tasks.
• Identify potential issues and report to Group Leader; help develop timely solutions.
• Lead the team to complete tasks safely, with quality and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate tasks and provide support for cleaning activities as needed.

As a Team Leader you are part of Best People as you supervise and work alongside Team Members performing critical process cleaning tasks. You lead our team in the safe and efficient completion of our scope of work. Utilizing our Best Systems, the Team Leader identifies potential issues and reports those to your Group Leader; together you develop timely solutions to resolve potential issues.
