Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Team Leader to support daily operations and coach team members. You will help ensure excellent guest service, lead shifts, and model the Chick-fil-A culture with a servant’s heart.

You will train new hires, manage a fast-paced environment, and uphold our standards of operational excellence. This role offers opportunities for growth and development within a locally owned restaurant network.

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:
