Job summary

COR Restaurant Services, LLC, a Chick-fil-A, Inc. subsidiary, is seeking a Team Leader for a Chick-fil-A location in Paramus, NJ. The role oversees Team Members, drives operational excellence, ensures high standards, and supports coaching and mentoring to build a positive work culture.

The Team Leader will coordinate staffing with Interim Managers, supervise daily operations, follow safety protocols, and uphold the brand’s standards while fostering teamwork and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects, as needed.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude.
• Experience as a leader in the customer service and/or production environment
• Proven ability to lead in quick paced environments as part of a team.
• Treats others with honor, dignity, and respect.
