Job summary

Chick-fil-A Ocean City is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide a dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. You will oversee team members, uphold brand standards, and work with Interim Managers to meet staffing needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach staff, model Chick-fil-A values, and drive monthly and quarterly objectives while maintaining a positive, respectful workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience as a leader in customer service and/or production environments.
• Proven ability to lead in quick paced environments as part of a team.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
