Job summary

Mt. Pleasant restaurant is seeking a Team Leader/Shift Supervisor to help run daily operations, mentor team members, and ensure a great guest experience. You will guide staff during shifts and actively contribute to the restaurant’s success.

Support the General Manager in achieving goals related to team development, operations metrics, and profitability while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and promoting high standards of food quality.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable, personal transportation.
