Job summary

Aroma Joe's in Kittery, ME is hiring for a customer-focused team member. You will help run shifts, prepare drinks, and tailor products to guest preferences while keeping a positive team culture. Training will be provided, with opportunities for advancement and benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that shifts run smoothly, and guests are satisfied
• Master recipes and individually tailor products to customer needs
• Maintain a positive work culture
• Resolving guest issues, as well as working with your team to minimize issues
• Training new team members
• Completing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Maintaining food and labor costs
