Global Partners LP, owner of Aroma Joe's, is seeking a Shift Leader to support store operations, mentor teammates, and drive outstanding customer experiences. This role emphasizes leading by example, maintaining a positive work environment, and collaborating with upper management to identify improvement opportunities.

You’ll guide daily tasks, assist with inventory and equipment maintenance, and ensure seamless service in a fast-paced setting while fostering teamwork and professional development

Aroma Joe's Shift Leaders assist TL's with daily operations and help identify areas of improvement as well as achievements TL's may miss. A DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Finding ways to support your TL, team, customers, and community that exceed expectations.
• Communicating with TL on various topics.
• All basic Barista tasks are still performed daily.
• Assisting TL with placing inventory orders.
• Performing equipment maintenance.
• Supporting CT's with training needs.
• Assisting with Daily deposits, etc.
• Weekly inventory count.
• First point of contact when TL unavailable.

Qualifications

Pay Range$17.66 - $20.87

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
