The Position

Team Leaders are responsible for the safety and productivity of all employees on the production line and for ensuring that production is executed in a timely manner within all quality parameters. We are looking for full-time Team Leaders for 3rd shift who have prior experience managing or leading a team.

The Qualifications

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively motivate and support other team members. Other qualifications include excellent time management skills and the ability to be both detail oriented and complete assigned tasks within a specified period of time. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
