Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader to support the restaurant in Chicago. You will oversee Team Members to develop the business and pursue Operational Excellence while cultivating a positive work culture.

The role offers growth through clear goals, coaching, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include applying policies, understanding offerings, coordinating staffing with Interim Managers, and driving monthly and quarterly objectives, all while maintaining safety,

Qualifications

• Experience leading in customer service and/or production environments.
• Ability to lead in fast-paced team settings.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining standards.

Responsibilities
