Job summary

Chick-fil-A Paramus is seeking a Team Leader to supervise Team Members and drive operational excellence while fostering a positive work culture. You will coach staff, coordinate staffing with Interim Managers, and strive to meet monthly and quarterly goals, while maintaining safety, sanitation, and guest service standards.

This leadership role emphasizes teamwork, reliable performance, and a commitment to delivering a wonderful Chick-fil-A experience for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Experience as a leader in the customer service and/or production environment.
• Proven ability to lead in quick paced environments as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects.
