  • Optional Option Period 2: March 17, 2028 - March 16, 2029
  • Option Period 3: March 17, 2029 - March 16, 2030

While the Contract will be awarded for the Base and Option Periods, the exercise of the option periods is at the sole discretion of DOS.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main Point of Contact between the COR and Social Impact staff.
  • Manage U.S. Government security assistance programs (Foreign Military Financing, International Military Education and Training, National Security Engagement Account) to include obligation/execution, spend plan development, and interagency coordination.
  • Supervise contract staff, ensuring performance, time/attendance, and human resource duties.
  • Provide critical technical advisory contract tasks including advising and reviewing deliverables for quality.
