As a Team Lead, you are a:

• Teacher! Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of children. Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation. Classroom instruction is at least 50% of your weekly schedule.
• Communicator! Build relationships with families to promote achievement and support your center’s success.
• Mentor! Assist with management, training, and mentoring of new hires and fellow teachers, creating fun, interactive learning experiences.
• Leader! Assume duties of Director or Assistant Director in their absence, including opening and closing the center.
• Expert! Ensure daily care of children by following licensing guidelines and company standards.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

• Experience in licensed childcare, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
• College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA, preferred.
• The ability to meet state and accreditation requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
