Paradies Lagardère is seeking a customer-focused supervisor for an on-site, full-time role in Fletcher, NC. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate payments while upholding safety and service standards in a fast-paced airport concession environment.

You will use the POS system, assist guests with menu knowledge and allergen questions, and contribute to a positive, first-class experience for travelers. This role emphasizes teamwork in a busy retail/dining setting.

Qualifications

• Proven cash handling and POS experience.
• Strong guest service and product knowledge.
• Ability to upsell and recommend menu items.
• Awareness of allergens and safe handling practices.

Responsabilités

• Accurately total and process payments via POS.
• Handle cash, credit/debit transactions, and follow cash handling SOPs.
