Job summary

Integr, Inc. is seeking a floor supervisor to lead a small cleaning crew across multiple nightly accounts in North Carolina. You will set the pace, ensure quality checks are completed, and maintain tight communication between your team and account managers.

You will train new cleaners, manage supplies and equipment, and serve as the primary contact for account managers on your route. This role requires evening availability and a valid NC driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of janitorial experience; lead or supervisory experience a plus.
• Able to coach a team and maintain quality standards.
• Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation between sites.
• Able to work evening hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Steady, year-round hours with competitive pay.
