Job summary

Follett Corporation is seeking a team member to assist in receiving, pricing, and stocking merchandise at their Glen Ellyn location. Responsibilities include supporting team members, ensuring compliance training, and acting as leader on duty in the absence of management.

Ideal candidates will have relevant experience and an Associate's Degree, along with strong basic computer skills. The role may require flexibility for evening and weekend work. Pay ranges from $12.00 to $24.33 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to consistently walk and stand, lift 25-50 pounds, and move merchandise.
• Basic computer skills including document creation and emailing.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Department Manager(s) or Store Manager to stock merchandise.
• Assist Team Members in completing store work.
• Ensure team members receive appropriate training and compliance education.
• Act as leader on duty in the absence of Store Manager.
• Open and close the store ensuring safety and security.

Skills
