Job summary

Follett Corporation is seeking a Team Lead to oversee merchandise handling and assist team members. The role involves training team members, ensuring safety, and managing duties in the Store Manager's absence.

Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and an Associate's Degree is preferred. The position requires physical stamina and basic computer skills while offering a pay range of $12.00-$24.33/hour.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Able to consistently walk and stand, lift 25-50 pounds, and move merchandise using proper equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to create and save text documents and to create and send emails.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Department Manager(s) or Store Manager to manage merchandise.
• Assist Team Members with tasks and ensure proper training.
• Act as leader on duty in absence of Store Manager.
